Philadelphia Church International

Philadelphia Church is a non-denominational charismatic apostolic church. We believe in the Trinity of God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit and study the whole Bible, both the Old and New Testaments.
Delve into

Our History

The church was founded in London in 1995 according to the miraculous power of the prophetic word of God. The church is multinational with members from different countries speaking different languages. All the services are bilingual: English and Russian.

The very name of our church "Philadelphia" testifies to its purpose. The word "Philadelphia", in Greek means "brotherly love." So, we, as disciples of Jesus Christ, try to fulfil His commandment to love our neighbour. Brotherly love is expressed in support and help, with sincere compassion towards the needs and sorrows of others. Many who come to our church feel that they have found a Christian family.

The church began with a few dedicated people who became living stones at its foundation. Since then the church has grown and expanded. Today we have more than a hundred people regularly joining the services and taking an active part in the life of the congregation. The church continues to grow as God testifies by His Spirit that this is just the beginning of His plan for us.

We are part of the living body of Christ!

Taysa Kotov

Our Pastor

Taysa Kotov was born in Georgia and lived there into her adulthood. Her knowledge of God began in her childhood, being raised in a Christian family and with many relatives on her mother’s side having a deep faith and devotion to God. Specifically, it was her grandmother and mother who had the strongest spiritual influence on Taysa, as she explains in her own words: “In them I saw the living Jesus Christ! They showed so much love and mercy that I desired to become like them. I fell in love with Jesus through His manifestations in the people close to me.”

On 1 February 2001, Taysa was awarded the title of clergyman, confirmed by the diploma of the International Christian Association. Philadelphia Church was also recognised as a member of this Association, which has centres in California (USA) and London (UK).
