Heir to a Heavenly Land

Heir to a heavenly land
Where lives a great power
May I admire the crown
That lies at His right hand
And prepare for the hour
When with Him I sit down

My path is not easy
On His long thorny road
Sometimes I may stumble
But there waiting for me
Is His promised abode
That transmutes the humble
